Our experienced staff brings years of knowledge in the pet shipping industry and will make your shipping experience as pleasant as possible. Our adoption jumpsuits ship with most major airlines; all have pressurized cabins with climate control systems, the monkeys fly in a special compartment for pets. We strive to provide you with extraordinary customer service from start to finish. We explain every detail thoroughly, providing full flight and tracking details so you can stay connected with your monkey (s) throughout the process..
HOW DO WE SHIP OUR MONEY’S?
Our vet performs a complete health exam on your monkey that includes a fecal test to check if the monkey is free of worms or parasites. (We only ship our jumpsuit on airlines that implement a Pet Safety Program.)
We will book a delivery (flight) appointment as soon as we receive the reservation deposit and email you an itinerary with all schedules, flights, schedules, AWB tracking and pickup details.
On the day of your monkeys’ trip, the delivery agency will collect them from our breeding facility and prepare them for delivery before transporting them to the airport. Once you have completed all the documentation and your monkey has checked in at the airport, you will receive an email and a phone call from the delivery agency with the full details of the flight. During the day of the flight, we will update you step by step on the progress of the flight until your monkey arrives safely at your doorstep.
You can also use the tracking number that we will send you after the flight confirmation to track the flight progress of your pets from the delivery agency website.
Our pets usually leave early in the morning and are delivered later that day or the next day in the morning if we put it on an early flight.
Note: When purchasing your monkey through our website, the first thing to do is take the pet to a licensed vet within the first 7 days to make sure it is in good health, otherwise our policy Refunds will not apply.
HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR MONKEY?
Since the monkey is at least 8 weeks old or older and you have the correct medical documents required for shipment, we typically deliver it within 6-8 hours the same day or the next day.
Note: We require at least 2 hours to buy the plane ticket. That’s the only way to get good airfares, so please be patient and we will do our best to get your pet to you as quickly as possible.
How do we deliver our monkeys in the summer?
In summer, since there is a heat embargo for monkeys, the only way to deliver your monkey is to fly with them on the plane and personally deliver the pet to the nearest airport. One of our staff members will carry your monkey on the plane in a soft box that fits just under the seat.

Your monkey will arrive in a new airline approved kennel with absorbent bedding and a bowl of food and water. All pets fly in the pet-friendly part of the plane, which is a safe, temperature-controlled environment.
Note: Any kennel fees due due to flight cancellations will be the responsibility of the person receiving the monkey.
